Dessira Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Dessira is a platform for digital content creators where fans can discover, subscribe to, and support their favorite authors. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Dessira and all registered users. By registering, you accept these terms in full.

2. Account types

• User — may browse creator profiles, buy tokens, and unlock exclusive content.
• Creator — may create a profile, upload exclusive photos, and earn revenue from tokens paid by users.

3. Creator profiles

1. Creator profiles are subject to moderation. Dessira administrators may approve, reject, or remove profiles without warning in case of violations.
2. All information in the profile must be accurate and not misleading. Use of fake photos or someone else's identity is prohibited.
3. Publishing content depicting persons under 18, or content violating applicable law, is prohibited.
4. Use of obscene, offensive language or publishing other people's personal data in the profile is prohibited.
5. Photos must be personal and authentic. Use of photos downloaded from the internet, or photos containing logos of other websites, is prohibited.

4. Tokens and payments

• Users may purchase tokens through Dessira's payment system. Tokens are used to unlock creators' exclusive content.
• Dessira charges a 20% commission on every token transfer to a creator. The remaining 80% accrues to the creator's balance.
• Creators may request a withdrawal of accumulated tokens. Withdrawals are subject to administrator approval.
• Purchased tokens are non-refundable except in cases provided by law.

5. Conduct and restrictions

• The platform is intended for persons aged 18 or older. By registering, you declare that you are an adult.
• Any behavior that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against other users is prohibited.
• Sharing unlocked exclusive content outside the platform without the creator's express consent is prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules or restrictions is prohibited.

6. Moderation and sanctions

• Dessira administrators may remove profiles and content, restrict, or block users without warning in case of violations of these terms.
• For severe or repeated violations, a user's account may be permanently banned.
• Dessira is not responsible for content published by users and does not warrant its accuracy or quality.

7. Intellectual property

• Creators retain all copyrights to the photos and content they upload.
• By uploading content to Dessira, creators grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content within the platform.

8. Changes to the Terms

Dessira reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
