Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

1. Statement of Commitment

TEMIDASOFT LLC (operator of www.dessira.net, hereinafter the “Platform”) has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, servitude, and any form of exploitation.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

• All employees, contractors, and officers of TEMIDASOFT LLC
• All content creators registered on the Platform
• All users and customers of the Platform
• All third-party service providers, suppliers, and business partners

3. Prohibited Conduct

The Platform strictly prohibits the use of its services in any manner that:

• Promotes, facilitates, or depicts human trafficking or sex trafficking
• Involves coerced, forced, or non-consensual sexual activity
• Depicts persons who are unable to consent (intoxicated, drugged, asleep, etc.)
• Involves persons under the age of 18 (or appearing to be under 18)
• Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Involves debt bondage, forced labor, or servitude
• Promotes the recruitment, transportation, or harboring of persons for exploitation

4. Due Diligence and Verification

To prevent slavery and human trafficking on our Platform, we require every content creator to complete a verification process that includes:

• Government-issued photo identification (front and back)
• A live selfie holding the same identification document
• Proof of age — minimum 18 years old; minimum 21 years old for certain regions
• Confirmation that all persons depicted in uploaded content have consented and are over 18
• A signed model release / consent form for every depicted person
• Acceptance of the Platform's Terms of Service, Anti-Slavery commitments, and content guidelines

Verification documents are stored securely in encrypted, access-controlled storage and are retained for 7 years in accordance with applicable record-keeping laws. Records are made available to law enforcement upon valid legal request.

5. Content Monitoring

All content uploaded to the Platform — including images, videos, posts, live streams, chat messages, and video calls — is reviewed by our moderation team before publication. Live streams are additionally subject to real-time automated and human monitoring. Content that violates this policy is removed immediately, the creator's account is suspended, and the incident is reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Reporting Mechanism

We encourage anyone — users, creators, employees, or members of the public — to report any suspicion of human trafficking, modern slavery, or exploitation taking place on or through the Platform.

Reports of illegal or non-consensual content are investigated and acted upon within 24 hours. All other complaints are handled in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them within 5 business days.

Reporters acting in good faith are protected from any form of retaliation.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

TEMIDASOFT LLC cooperates fully with law enforcement, regulators, and recognized anti-trafficking organizations. We respond promptly to lawful requests for information and proactively report instances of suspected exploitation to:

• The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for any suspected CSAM
• The Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) for content hosted in or accessible from the EU/UK
• Local law enforcement authorities in Bulgaria and the relevant jurisdiction of the report

8. Training and Awareness

All employees and moderators receive training on identifying signs of human trafficking, modern slavery, and non-consensual content. This training is refreshed annually and updated when applicable laws or industry guidance change.

9. Policy Governance

This policy is owned by the Compliance Officer of TEMIDASOFT LLC and is reviewed at least annually. Material changes are published on this page with an updated revision date.
